  • Volunteers in Police Service (VIPS) Report - Jimmy Chiles / Doug Grantham

Jimmy talked about the equipment needed and will supply a quote for the Board of Directors.  $300.00 was approved for equipment after quote has been given to board.  Please contact Jimmy if you need a flag disposed of properly.

 

  • Range Report - James Dugger

The Hawks on Wednesday mornings has been having a club competition each week.  More members are starting to show up.  Lots of fun.  Everyone that shoots chips in a dollar and the one with the highest score wins the collection.

 

  • Hospitality Committee Report - James Dugger

Because of Covid, we haven’t had any outings.  Looking at possible one February or March.

 

  • Friends of Hawks Report - Paul Fletcher

Wendall talked about the scholarship fund and process.  We talked about the current gun drawing.

 

  • Push to Get Additional Members for Texas Law Shield – Roman Eble
