Our Feburary speaker will be , Winnsboro P.D. Chief Andy Chester. Andy will field questions concerning our role in Gun Show & how Winnsboro will handle gun confiscation, if ordered. The upcoming spring gun show will be addressed as well as the Animal Shelter's annual garage sale and the new website. First National Bank Community Room, second floor, Feburary 7th at 6:30 pm.
